Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at the Grayson Hotel. We truly loved the location, the comfort of the room, and especially the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We did want to share a couple of small areas for improvement. Early check-in and late check-out options seemed a bit unclear or differently advertised than what we experienced. Additionally, housekeeping support was slightly limited during our stay. The room was stocked with only one roll of toilet paper, and we did need to request additional supplies more than once, as it wasn’t automatically replenished daily. These were minor inconveniences and did not take away from what was otherwise a great experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily consider returning in the future. Thank you again for your hospitality.

I stayed at the Greyson Hotel because I needed a place to stay due to an emergency situation. I walked in around 8 am and was warmly greeted by the staff. I was able to get a great price on the room and it was available within a half hour. While I waited for the room I sat at the restaurant and had some breakfast to pass the time. They had gluten free options which was perfect for me. The food was very good and so was the service. Jasmine at the front desk came to the restaurant with my room key and I was all set. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. It's also in a very convenient location. I needed clothes and toiletries because I had nothing with me. There are a ton of stores within walking distance. My experience was a 5 out of 5.

Pretty decent hotel. Very nice lobby and bar. The front desk associates were very nice. The room was a bit small but manageable. The elevator required a key to use. They have in room breakfast for a fee. I lived the slippers and robe provided in the room. The only thing that shocked me was this hotel not having a microwave but even a shared microwave in the lobby. I started got NYE and paid 400$ for the room and couldn't even eat my left overs warm. They had hot coco that was never refilled always empty. Great location. I would probably not return.

Stayed here for a staycation/anniversary and the service was great. Front desk (Manny) helped upgrade our room from city to empire view and the room was very spacious for New York standards. They threw in a $50 dining credit as courtesy which was greatly appreciated. Only con (reason for 4/5 stars) was that our room was right outside the elevator and the elevator makes a loud whizzing sound that you can hear very clearly inside the room (along with housekeeping team/other guests chatting in the hallway). Would stay here again but would recommend requesting a room as far away from the elevator as possible. Overall a good option that is centrally located, new and reasonably priced.

I found my new NYC hotel! The location is amazing as you can walk to so many key areas, like the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. The room is beautiful. Nice bathroom and shower. Super clean. The staff is kind and accomodating. Cool decor throughout. But the rooftop bar/restaurant was the best! Incredible views, drinks and food. I will be back Grayson Hotel!

Great location. Family and I stayed there Thanksgiving Week and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was ready when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Room itself was a nice size for NYC, beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels for the 4 of us (something too many hotels miss), and most importantly, room was spotless. Except for the water pressure being a little low in the shower, the bathroom was great. Every single member of the staff at this hotel was a pleasure to deal with and I had no negative experience with anyone. They were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room, and it did not disappoint. We got the breakfast buffet each day, and it was fully stocked with fresh items each time. The Grayson was a great surprise and will gladly stay again when planning another trip to NYC.

I stayed at the Grayson for 4 night during Christmas 2025. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by Michael at the front desk and he was hospitable, professional and informative. I gave the room 4 stars only because it was one of the their smaller rooms. However, while the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and adequate for our stay, and not at all uncommon in any of the larger cities in the US. We had dinner our first night at the hotel restaurant, Harta, and the meal and the service was excellent. We also had breakfast every morning in Harta, and everyone in the restaurant was very nice and accommodating, especially Fernando! We had drinks at Bar Cima, the lounge on the 29th floor, and it was a nice relaxing experience with a great view of the Empire State Building. Everyone that we encountered at the hotel during our was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway, Bryant park, Times Square, just to name a few. On the day we were due to depart, our flight got delayed due to snow and Michael at the desk worked his magic to extend our stay for one night, but because we couldn't get through to the airline to change our flight, we decided to leave as originally scheduled and ended up not staying the extra night. However, despite our needing to stay, then go, Michale couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating and understanding about our situation. I worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years, to include Front Office management, and Michael is a consummate hospitality professional! I would definitely stay at the Grayson again!

Rooms were very spacious for a NY hotel. Great location too. Rooftop bar was great and the view was beautiful. No room coffee was a little disappointing but would definitely consider it again in the future
